Eleni’s interest in children’s yoga sparked from seeing how enthusiastic, curious and empowered her own children became through yoga.

Eleni endeavours to create a stimulating environment where children can feel relaxed, safe, happy and creative.

She is an accredited children’s yoga teacher and trained with Ayala Homossany

Eleni is also a professional classical pianist and enjoys combining music and yoga when sharing with the children in her classes . She offers one to one piano lessons to children and adults of all ages. You can find more information at elenimavromoustaki.com

Thursday 16:00-16:45 at Studio at 39 for ages 5-10.
